Returns & Refunds Policy
We will always refund or replace any damaged or faulty item free of charge.
If you suspect an item to be faulty please return it to us within 14 days of receipt of purchase and we will issue you with a replacement or full refund. You will need to return the item to us as it is important for us to see any faulty goods in order to rectify any problems that may have occurred, and to ensure that it does not happen again. Please note refunds will be issued according to price paid and payment method at the time of purchase.
If you need to return damaged or faulty goods to us we recommend that you obtain a proof of postage form. With any return items please enclose details of your order reference, name and contact details, together with replacement or refund preference so that we can reimburse this to you.

Please check all ingredients on the product label carefully as non faulty goods are not refundable and we are unable to exchange them.
Cancelling your order
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations your right to cancel an order starts the moment you place your order and doesn’t end until 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
A full refund for the cost of the product being cancelled, not including the original postage, will be authorised upon our receipt of your cancellation notification and receipt of the returned goods.
It is your responsibility to return the goods to us in the same condition that you received them following cancellation. The cost of postage to return the item/s is also your responsibility and will not be refunded.
Importantly, the goods must be returned within 14 calendar days of the cancellation.
